Motherhood changes you. It changes the way you live, the way you make choices and decisions, and, it changes the way you see love.

A mother’s love is not about giving everything but giving what’s right and what’s best. And that is why I chose to breastfeed.

You see, breastfeeding is more than just being a sustenance. It is nurturing. Comforting.

It is a sacrifice. It takes most of your time and energy as you’re tied up 24/7 to this tiny person who is totally dependent on you to thrive.

Breastfeeding is complete selflessness. You alter not only your diet but also your lifestyle.

It is anything but easy. It takes determination and commitment, courage and strength.

Most of all, breastfeeding is love. When it is very convenient and plain acceptable to just give formula milk as an alternative, going back to basics and opting to give what’s really best for your child despite the pain and hardships is nothing but PURE LOVE!

On a different note, one of the things I love to do is to take tons of pictures of my kids. I am my kids personal paparazzo! if you’ll look at my phone, it is filled with thousands of photos and videos. Seriously.
